BACKUP CAMERA SYSTEM WITH FLUSH MOUNT CAMERA (FMVSS 111 COMPLIANT)

FMVSS 111 regulates a necessary view behind a vehicle. The rule impacts vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of under 10,000 pounds, with phase-in effective by May 2017 and full compliance required by May 1st, 2018.

This system can make vehicle compliant with the FMVSS 111 viewing requirement. The RVS-6596137-NM comes with a crystal clear 7" LED Digital Panel monitor with distance grid lines and mirror image capability, a 3 channel power harness, a camera with 700 TV Lines and a 170° viewing angle. The Flushmount Backup Camera is about 1.5" in diameter and mounts flush in the back of a vehicle. Simply screw a 1.02" hole at the rear of your vehicle with the included hole saw and the camera will mount perfectly in that space for a clean install.

Note: Camera must be installed between flush 20”-55” off the ground and in a range of 12” in either direction from the center of the vehicle in order to be compliant with FMVSS 111
